features

Everything a batch touches, on one record.

My Brewery follows a batch the way it actually moves through a cellar — from the recipe you plan to the bottles you sell — instead of splitting it across a spreadsheet, a notebook and a shoebox of receipts.

One unbroken record

A brew carries its whole life: gravity readings, process events, aging in cask, distilling runs and bottling all hang off the same batch.

  • Statuses from Planning through Fermenting, Conditioning, Aging, Bottled and Distilled
  • Timed process events — racked, stabilised, back-sweetened, fined, filtered, blended and more
  • Tasting notes across sweetness, acidity, body, fruit and tannin

Brewing calculators

The numbers you'd otherwise reach for a phone and three tabs to work out, built in and applied to the batch in front of you.

  • ABV and apparent attenuation from OG/FG
  • Specific gravity ↔ °Plato
  • Hydrometer temperature correction & refractometer correction
  • Dilution, chaptalisation, priming sugar
  • SO₂ by pH, acid adjustment, Pearson square blending

Distilling, done properly

Wash to spirit with the cuts and duty maths a still actually needs.

  • Foreshots, heads, hearts and tails logged per run
  • LAL — litres of absolute alcohol — for duty and yield
  • Still efficiency from charge vs. hearts

Home or Production

The same app scales with you. Home mode is a complete hobbyist logbook; Production adds the operations layer.

  • Pipeline view and vessel / cask occupancy
  • Extended production statuses — must prep, stabilising, filtering, kegged
  • Lab data and a sales ledger

Costing & duty

Know what a batch cost and what it made, on the same page you brewed it.

  • Inputs, labour and overhead costed per litre
  • UK VAT and spirit duty (via LAL) on the batch
  • Sales and margin tracked against the record

Built for the cellar

Where the work happens: cold, damp, one-handed and offline-ish.

  • Mobile-first, made for wet hands and patchy Wi-Fi
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest, two-factor sign-in
  • Per-workspace access control and tested encrypted backups
  • Native apps on the way — Android first, then iPhone
